Terms of service

These terms govern your use of enginpilot.com and any materials published on it. Access to the ENGINPILOT platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

1. Agreement

By using this site you accept these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf. If you do not accept, do not use the site.

2. Permitted use of the site

You may read, download and share the published material for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the availability of the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute malicious code.

3. Submissions

Information you submit through the access-request form must be accurate and must not include confidential information belonging to a third party, personal data of others, or material you are not entitled to disclose. Do not send operational technology credentials, protected health information, or safety-critical documentation through the website form; those are exchanged only under an executed agreement. Submissions are handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

4. Research publications

Whitepapers and architecture notes published on this site are made available ungated under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence unless a different licence is stated on the document. You may quote, redistribute and build upon them with attribution to ENGINPILOT and the document's revision number. Attribution must not imply endorsement of your use.

5. Intellectual property

ENGINPILOT, PhysicsNET, ENGIN Solver, ESOT, EIO, EIG and EDTF are trademarks of ENGINPILOT INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED Except for the licence granted in section 4, all rights in the site, its design, software and content are reserved.

6. No engineering advice

Material on this site is provided for information. It is not engineering advice, does not constitute a design basis for any asset, and must not be relied upon in place of the judgement of a qualified engineer with knowledge of the specific installation. Any engineering decision remains the responsibility of the accountable engineer and their organisation. Nothing on this site alters statutory duties or the requirements of applicable codes and standards.

7. Platform access

Submitting an access request does not create an obligation on either side. Access to the platform, including any evaluation, is granted only under a separate written agreement setting out scope, deployment model, data handling, service levels and commercial terms.

8. Warranties and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGINPILOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, or loss of data arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the effective date and version above will change and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
